Starting rant - I have lost a total of 50lbs and still have not qualified for surgery. I met with the psych to be cleared and she said she wanted to review food logs and movement/water logs and also to lose 5 lbs more. So what did I do? I created a sharable food log in google drive with drop down menus. I lost almost 10 more pounds and I still need to wait for an opening with her that isn't until the end of the month.
