Chunky Love

OK. 3 more pounds to go before I qualify for weight loss surgery.

No, I'm not losing weight the healthy way at all. I hardly eat, mostly drink protein shakes and water. I might start worrying about it, but I'm preparing for surgery that will quite literally malnourish my body. It is actually way easier than I originally thought. It's easy, as long as I don't eat or go anywhere to keep myself from temptation. I have also been watching the series Alone. If you haven't watched it yet, it is a show where people are dropped in brutal conditions in the middle of nowhere with 10 items. 10 contestants push themselves to the limit to last the longest but have no idea how each other are fairing or have "tapped out". Anyway.....They are all super starving and are eating bugs and snails and beaver ......just...no. The good news is that I'm not starving like them aaaannnnddd I certainly have Zero food cravings while watching it. Hoping to hit my first goal by Friday so I can schedule my surgery and move on with my life. I feel like I'm in the waiting room for my next life, with out a snack, and its running way behind schedule. This has for sure lead to my anxiety, but that can be for another Blog post. This weeks Goal - 3 pounds.....GO!!!

Starting rant - I have lost a total of 50lbs and still have not qualified for surgery. I met with the psych to be cleared and she said she wanted to review food logs and movement/water logs and also
