New Projects?

ok - So, I know that I am terrible at starting new projects. I love to plan them though. Next up - drying flowers in silica and using them in resin. I am planning to make galaxy dominos for a friend soon, so I have been looking at resin ideas, which means that I have inevitably gone down the rabbit hole and made several spontaneous purchases (resin heating mat "it speeds up the drying time" and Mica Powder "its color shifting chameleon - and I can use it for my nails!") along the way. I have been meaning to make a trivet for my mom with pieces of a sentimental dish that she broke. I was thinking on the way home, while looking at the flowers, "oh! I can add poppies to the trivet. My grandma really liked poppies but, I will need to dry the poppies and then put them in the resin. It probably could use some background color. My moms loves sparkly stuff. I think I can do that." So I added another project to the list. In fact I think I'll start a running list of all the projects that I'm going to do and are preparing for. Then I might actually complete them, or at least remember that I was going to do that later.

I will be cataloging my projects that I have completed soon. Please know that I am not a fluffy writer - I will get straight to the point step by step, so if you are interested it will be easy to follow.
